About Our Company

Founded in 2001 by Jeff Marks, Dirt Worx Schmere began as a small company with a bold mission: to tackle the real-world challenges faced by Hollywood’s top costumers.

With over two decades of hands-on experience—both behind the scenes and from his early days as a child actor—Jeff developed a deep understanding of the fast-paced demands of film and television wardrobe departments, where a single scene can require anywhere from a handful to hundreds of costumes. Drawing on this insight, he created practical, dependable tools to support costumers at every stage—from aging and breakdown supplies to the original STICK IT! fashion tape, trusted industry-wide to prevent wardrobe malfunctions.

Today, more than 24 years later, Jeff Marks continues to lead with innovation, developing industry-leading STICK IT! Rack Dividers and accessories now used not only on sets across Hollywood, but also in retail environments nationwide.
